A/C operation, thermostat settings, humidity levels and visible signs of moisture, mold or mildew. -
Security & Access
Doors, windows, elevators where applicable, and alarm or security-system status checked for condition and access concerns. -
Appliances & General Condition
Appliances checked as applicable, with walls, floors and ceilings reviewed for visible changes. -
Garage
Reviewed for unusual odors, pest activity and the condition of A/C systems, fans and vehicle chargers where applicable.
